|Blue Thunder Masters Water Polo hosts dry-land strength training workouts every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM Pacific Time and Friday mornings at 8:30 AM. The workouts are lead by the Blue Thunder Head Coach and former National Team member Greg Enloe (Enloe Academy).|
Workouts are free to anyone looking to keep in shape. A water polo ball is incorporated into many of the drills so have your ball handy.
